4th of July in 1776

Lately, I’ve been seeing this number and decided to do an internet search on what happened in the year of 1776. To my surprise, it is when America declared their freedom from Great Britain.

I know the 4th of July but till now the year wasn’t as ingrained. I’m speechless.
